More than half the condos at Olympic Village sold in 1st weekend
VANCOUVER - More than half of the 230 units recently put up for sale at the troubled former Olympic Village have been sold after what marketer Bob Rennie called a strong first weekend.
In a news release issued today, Rennie said 128 new condominiums were sold at an average price of $778,800. The most expensive unit went for $2,999,900, Rennie's release said.
