Notice of Public Hearing

Item 1: Tsawwassen Area Plan Amendments
Several amendments are proposed to the existing Tsawwassen Area Plan. These include a six-storey height limit for a portion of the Town Centre, and other land use and policy amendments.
Item 2: Proposed Agricultural Land Reserve Inclusion Application
The Corporation of Delta proposes to make an application to the Agricultural Land Commission to include in the Agricultural Land Reserve several properties in south Tsawwassen, which are currently zoned agricultural and located within the Metro Vancouver Green Zone.
Public Hearing
A public hearing is being held to consider these two items. At the Public Hearing, individuals will have the opportunity to provide Council with their comments.
Separte speaker lists will be available at the entrance to the Public Hearing venue approximately one hour prior to the start of the Public Hearing. Speakers will be required to register for each item seperately. Speakers will be asked to come forward as each item is considered, in the order of the speakers list, and will be allowed up to five minutes to address Council regarding the item under consideration.
